Getting started with your Bottle Washer Pro

Getting started with your Baby Brezza Bottle Washer Pro is quick and easy! Below, you’ll find all the essential instructions for assembling, loading, and running your Bottle Washer Pro, along with tips on cycle times, sterilisation, and keeping your machine running at its best.

How do I setup my Bottle Washer Pro?

Take a look at the video below for a more in depth tutorial showing how to set up your new Baby Brezza machine. Alternatively, the steps are outlined below;

  • Assemble the Bottle Washer Pro
    • Install the Intake Filter, Jets, Racks and Water Tanks
  • Fill the Water & Add Detergent
    • Fill the Clean Water Tank up to the ‘FILL’ line. Removing the tank from the machine to do this is easiest
    • Ensure the Waste Water Tank is completely empty and fully inserted
    • Add 1x Baby Brezza Bottle Washer Pro Detergent Tab into the tray, don’t worry about it falling into the sump as this is where it’ll dissolve
  • Load Bottles & Accessories
    • Place your bottles, teats, collars, accessories etc into the machine. If you’re unsure how to arrange your bottle parts, check out our handy guide here.
    • While it’s not required, rinsing any leftover milk/clumps from the bottles before placing into the machine can improve the cleaning performance
  • Start the Machine
    • Ensure the lid is fully closed to avoid the ‘lid open’ icon appearing on the LCD display panel
    • Hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn on the machine and select your desired cycle
    • Press the start (play/pause) button to begin the cycle

How long are the cycles?

The Bottle Washer Pro is designed to make cleaning your bottles simple and stress-free, with 6 modes covering washing, rinsing, sterilising and drying. See below the cycle times so you can choose what works best for you:

Wash Only Mode

  • 10-minute wash
  • 9 minutes of rinsing (three 3-minute rinse cycles)

Sterilise Cycle

  • 9-minute sterilisation

Dry Cycle

  • 60-minute drying cycle

If you’d prefer a complete clean in one go:

  • Wash–Sterilise–Dry: 88 minutes total
  • Wash–Dry: 79 minutes total

Whether you need a quick wash or a full clean and dry, there’s a cycle to suit your routine.

How long will my bottles remain sterile?

Because the Bottle Washer Pro offers several cleaning modes, whether your bottles are sterilised will depend on the cycle you select.

Your bottles will be sterilised when using any of the below cycles:

  • Wash–Sterilise–Dry
  • Sterilise–Dry
  • Sterilise Only

After completing any of these cycles, the contents will remain sterile for up to 24 hours, as long as the lid stays closed.

The following functions do not sterilise:

  • Wash–Dry
  • Wash Only
  • Dry Only

If you’ve used one of these modes and would like to sterilise your bottles afterwards, simply refill the Clean Water Tank and select Wash–Sterilise–Dry, Sterilise–Dry, or Sterilise Only.

This way, you can easily choose the level of cleaning that suits your needs!

Accessories and spare parts

The Bottle Washer Pro will only work with Baby Brezza Detergent Tablets. It uses a very small amount of detergent during each cycle, and using more than recommended can create excess foam and leave residue on the items inside. Because the required amount is so precise and minimal, it’s difficult to measure accurately using standard household dishwasher powder or liquid detergents.

For the easiest and most effective descaling, we recommend using the Baby Brezza Bottle Washer Pro Descaling Tablets. Please note that only the Bottle Washer Pro Descaling Tablets are compatible with your machine — the Universal Tablets are made for other Baby Brezza products and won’t work with this model.

You can purchase the Detergent Tablets, Descaling Tablets, HEPA filters, and a range of other accessories directly from the Baby Brezza UK website. Click here to explore the full range.
