If you are having issues with the digital display on your Bottle Washer Pro, follow these steps to troubleshoot the problem:
- Check the power supply - Make sure the machine is plugged in and the plug is switched on. Can you hear a noise coming from the machine (this will confirm there is power to the machine)?
- Digital Display not functioning
- Make sure the clean water tank is filled to the fill line and the dirty water tank is empty
- Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds, then immediately press the play button
- If the machine starts running, allow it to complete a full wash/dry cycle (79 minutes) to see if the LCD panel engages
- LCD stops working - unplug the machine and leave it overnight. Retry again in the morning to see if the machine returns to normal.
