If your Superfast Portable Bottle Warmer displays an error code, the following troubleshooting steps should resolve the issue:

OH (Overheating Error)

  • Meaning: The warmer has exceeded the safe temperature limit.
  • Solution: Let the unit cool down by adding cold water or turning it off until the interior temperature drops.

LO (Low Battery) 

  • Meaning: The warmer battery is depleted.
  • Solution: Charge the device, preferably with a Quick Charge 20W portable charger.

E2 (Temperature Detection Issue)

  • Solution: 
    • Check the power source – Ensure the warmer is receiving sufficient power; try a different power adapter if needed. 
    • Restart the device – Powering it off and on may reset the error.

E3 (Internal Circuit Issue)

  • Meaning: A problem with the warmer’s internal circuit may be affecting its functionality.
  • Solution: 
    • Restart the device – Turn the warmer off and back on to see if the error clears.
    • Inspect the charging port & cable – Look for dust, debris, or damage in the USB port.

E5 (Water Temperature Too High)

  • Solution: Allow the unit to cool down by adding cold water or powering it off until the temperature drops.

E6 (Charging Issue)

  • Meaning: The device is detecting a problem with battery charging or power delivery.
  • Solution: 
    • Check the charging cable & port – Ensure the charger is properly connected and functional.
    • Restart the device – Power off and on to see if the error clears.
    • Try a different charger – Use a different cable.
