One of the main reasons that the Bottle Washer Pro does not drain properly is that debris is caught in the filter in the sump. The filter prevents large particles being sucked into the tubing and blocking the machine. If formula gets stuck to the filter, simply remove it and clean under running water to dislodge the debris. You can then place it back in the machine.
* Do not run the Bottle Washer Pro without the filter in place as this may cause debris to get in the inner workings of the machine causing it to not work properly. *
Once you are happy that the filter is clear you can remove any water left in the sump by holding both the wash mode & sterilise/dry buttons for approximately 7 seconds. This will activate the discharge pump and remove any water to the waste tank.
