Where's my order?

If ordered before 12pm on a weekday, we'll dispatch your order the same day. Orders received after 12pm will be dispatched the following working day. Most orders will arrive with you within 1-5 days depending on the carrier. If you have not received your order as per the below please contact us for help and next steps.

For smaller orders we normally send parcels with Royal Mail by first class post. This isn't a tracked service. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please get in touch and we can start a claims process for you and send out a replacement. Please also double check that it has not been left with a neighbour or in a safe place around your property. If you have been carded by your postie you will need to either arrange an alternative delivery or collect from your local sorting office.

For larger orders we send orders out by courier. This is tracked service and we can give you your tracking number once dispatched if you require this. If you've provided us with a mobile number, the courier will send you your tracking information. These orders go out on a two day service, but often arrive next day. If your order hasn't arrived within 5 days of dispatch, please get in touch so we can start a claims process and get you a replacement sent out as soon as possible. Again, please check that your item has not been left in a safe place or with neighbours.
