No, the Formula Pro Advanced does not use boiling water to prepare a bottle.
The water tank of the Formula Pro Advanced should be filled with bottled water suitable for infant formula preparation, or pre-boiled water, cooled to room temperature (45°C or below). You can then choose the temperature of the milk that is prepared - room temp (approx. 22°C), body temp (approx. 37°C) or slightly warmer than body temp (approx. 40°C).
Once boiled, water will be sterile for 24 hours so it is recommended that the water in the tank is replaced every day to ensure it remains fresh and clean.
